Our desire is to reach the lost by coming alongside pastors and churches to encourage and assist them in extending their reach - locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.
Whatever your missions need, large or small, we can help you design a customized plan to serve your specific need and context. One way this process can be started is by completing our online diagnostic. This will help you get a clearer picture of where you currently are, and will act as a basis for vision casting for where you would like to be. Then, together, we develop a strategy to help you move forward toward successfully fulfilling your part in
the Great Commission.

The heart of every pastor is to reach the community in which they minister. The challenge is finding ways to accomplish this task. While we don't claim to have all the answers, we do believe that those answers may be found in one strategic place – YOUR local church.
We will not give you a cookie cutter plan for reaching your community. Rather, we'll come alongside you as a consultant and a catalyst to help you find the answers that already lie within your church. We believe that asking the right questions will lead you to the answers that will enable your church to more effectively impact your community and beyond.
Our philosophy is to build on your strengths and work on your weaknesses. As such, we are available to partner with you in a process of assessing your own church situation. We will work with you to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your unique situation and circumstances. By asking the right questions, you will be able to build an inventory of the talents, abilities, and resources that are already available in your church. You will then discover how your strengths may be used to minister within your community, and how your weaknesses may, over time, become strengths.
